The Half-Off Special is available for select dates in December and January in all our chalet types including the deluxe fireplace / whirlpool chalets. It’s a great time at a great price to cuddle up with your special someone or have a get together with family and friends in one of our 4 Star chalets.

The Half-Off Special available dates are: November 21st to Nov 30, December 5th to 24th and January 2nd to 15th. The special is available on either weekends or weekdays. There are a limited number of chalets available at these rates so book early.

*An extra person charge applies after the first two people for those 12 years of age and older of $10.00 per person per night in the one and two bedroom chalets.

Cancelation and Booking Policies

A valid credit card number is required to secure your booking. In the Off- Season10 Days notice is required for a reservation cancelation. With less than 10 days notice of a cancelation a fee for the first nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided.

Extend that special get-a-way for free! Kilmory Resort is open year round during the off-season you can stay at the Resort in any of our chalet types for two nights and recieve your third night free. You pay for two and get the third free.

Kilmory Resort is an experienced provider of group retreat and conference services. We have offered conference services between September and June for many years. We cater to groups of seven to twenty-five people, offering the organiser a captive audience in a private, beautiful setting with no urban or other distractions. The natural surroundings of our waterfront location, four star log chalets, delicious and plentiful food, combined with an attentive and dedicated staff, creates a memorable and effective retreat, workshop or conference. At Kilmory Resort the conference experience provides a cost effective and productive team-building investment.

Pricing

For your convenience, Kilmory Resort provides conference services at a per day all-inclusive price which includes:

• Accommodations: (Two people per two-bedroom chalet, one person per one- bedroom and studio cabins)
• The use of the meeting chalet
• Three meals (in whichever order, depending on time of arrival, lunch, dinner, breakfast; dinner, breakfast lunch etc.)
• Tea and coffee service in the meeting chalet during meeting periods
• Fruit and muffins for nutrition break in the meeting chalet

Groups of 10 or more: all-inclusive cost per person, per day $149.00, plus tax

Groups of 7 to 9: all-inclusive cost per person, per day $189.00 plus tax

Quotes for smaller groups or custom packages are available upon request.

Two weeks’ notice required for cancellation.

FOOD SELECTIONS

Breakfast

Breakfast consists of a selection of cold cereals, hot instant choices, toast, juice, one hot breakfast meat, and an egg dish

Lunch

All lunches are served with dessert, tea and coffee.

1. Soup and Sandwiches: consists of two kinds of home-made soups and a variety of sandwiches using white and whole wheat home style breads with vegetable garnishes and generous fillings; dessert.

If staying more than one day, organisers may choose one of the following for the second/ third lunch. Either:

2. Lasagna, tossed salad and dinner roll: lunch-size lasagna made from homemade tomato and ground meat sauces a colourful tossed salad

and home-style dinner roll.

Or: 3. Chicken and rice with mixed vegetables: Skinless, boneless chicken

breasts, with long-grain white rice and baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower served in a casserole style.

Or: 4. Chili Con Carne: thick, medium hot chili served with salad and rolls, shredded cheese and sour cream.

Dinner

Organiser is to choose one of the following for (the) evening meal(s):

1. Roast Turkey: the traditional turkey dinner with boiled, mashed potatoes, carrots, mashed turnip, cabbage and stuffing. Served with gravy and cranberry sauce; dessert.

Or: 2. Do-it-yourself B.B.Q.: we scrub and wrap the potatoes for baking, sauté the mushrooms and onions, toss the salad, provide the sauces, butter, creams, dressings and seasonings and dinner rolls - all you do is the barbecuing, to your taste. We will provide Grade AAA, Red Brand steak or skinless, boneless chicken breasts as ordered one week in advance; dessert.

Or: 3. Baked Ham and scalloped potato: two tastes that go together, baked ham and scalloped potatoes with suitable vegetables and dinner rolls; dessert.

Or: 4. Dinner Lasagna: much like the lunch version only heftier - more meat, more cheese, more sauce, larger portions. Served with substantial salad and dinner rolls; dessert.
